We recently took Aslyn for her 4 month check up. She has grown a lot over the last two months and is getting heavy to hold for very long and we were curious as to what the scale would reveal. We were not surprised to find out that she is very large for her age seeing as she's already in 6 month clothes. She weighs 17lbs 11oz and is 25.5" long. That puts her in the 98th percentile for weight and 89th for height. The doctor was surprised at her growth and after looking at her chart, walked in the door with the greeting, "Hello baby buddha!" We affectionately call her "munchie" because it seems like she loves to eat and every time we turn around it's time to nurse again. Between "buddha" and "munchie," Aslyn already has a good string of nicknames going. At least she's healthy. =)
