We took the kids and Aslyn's little buddy Samuel out to a local county park today for their annual fishing derby for kids. The kids were thrilled with the opportunity to wave their fishing poles around and possibly catch a fish. Three year olds aren't real good at sitting still or holding anything still for any period of time so no fish were caught but we still had a great time. They were thrilled with the worms, the ducks, and the occasional plane flying overhead. Noah even got in on the action.
