We went on our first camping trip of the year this last weekend to El Capitan, just north of Santa Barbara. It was beautiful and we had a great time. We did some walking, biking, found cool shells and rocks and even saw whales out in the ocean coming up for air and even breech a few times. We took Billy's co-worker Shavonn with us(she'd NEVER been camping before) and introduced her to the fun of camping.

Aslyn the great adventurer. The girls went on an adventure together to find flowers. Aslyn took her binoculars and had to get a look at every flower we found. She doesn't quite understand that binoculars are for looking at things far away yet and was awfully cute getting a good look at our pretty finds.
